Our feet are fascinating. Each one has 26 bones, 33 joints, 19 muscles, 107 ligaments, and thousands of nerve endings per square inch. They are capable of providing a huge amount of information to our body/brains about what they are experiencing. Impact play for the feet (sometimes called bastinado) and pressure points are a rich playground for a variety of sensations. We will talk about foot anatomy, safety, and consent, along with a live demo of the tools and ideas for playtime.
@HGWyndell is an activist, educator, and Spiritworker who is driven to facilitate accessible ritual spaces for folks seeking access to more deeply nourishing relationships with themselves and others. They are committed to living life through a lens of wonder, and they don’t mess around when it comes to embracing the complex beingness of whoever is in their presence. They weave their lived experiences with intentional relationships, ceremony, creative arts, chronic illness, and embracing pleasure seamlessly with a whole lot of love and a good bit of magic into all they offer.
