 . Each one has 26 bones\, 33 joints\, 19 muscles\, 107 ligaments\, and t
 housands of nerve endings per square inch. They are capable of providing
  a huge amount of information to our body/brains about what they are exp
 eriencing. Impact play for the feet (sometimes called bastinado) and pre
 ssure points are a rich playground for a variety of sensations. We will 
 talk about foot anatomy\, safety\, and consent\, along with a live demo 
 of the tools and ideas for playtime.\n\n@HGWyndell&nbsp\;is an activist\
 , educator\, and Spiritworker who is driven to facilitate accessible rit
 ual spaces for folks seeking access to more deeply nourishing relationsh
