Let’s have a talk about race and its presence in kink.
For example, how does the power connected to our intersectional identities, and race, in particular inform our D/s dynamics in ways we may not even realize?
How do we understand power complexly in kink informed by anti-blackness, colonialism, genocide, incarcaration/interment, patriarchy, and white supremacy?
How do these play out locally in our play spaces, community organizations, and clubs?
These are just a few questions we may explore; however, you are encouraged to come with your own questions or contributions.
