Sound Bath with Kate Montgomery

Biofield Tuning is a form of sound therapy used to support emotional regulation. It is based on the idea that the body is surrounded by an electrical and magnetic energy field that holds our memories, life experiences, and unprocessed emotions. Using tuning forks and sound bowls, Kate can gently “scan” for areas of tension – often connected to stress or pasts trauma – and uses steady frequencies and vibrations to help the body relax, regulate the nervous system, and begin releasing emotions that may feel stuck. The goal is to support balance, calm, and overall well-being.
Kate will be offering a sound bath along with a group tuning session. If time allows, there will also be short 15-minute one-on-one sessions afterward. Anyone who attends the March 5 BroadCast but does not get an individual session will be offered a free one-on-one at a later time if they’d like to try it.
Donations are welcomed for Kate’s organization SOUL – The Society of Unconditional Love.
BroadCast gathers the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm, which is followed by Bi-Night at 9:00 pm (cis-men are welcome to enter starting with Bi-Night at 9:00 pm). Doors close at 8:00 pm for this event, so please be sure to arrive by that time.
BroadCast’s event fee is $5.00 and this gets you into both BroadCast and Bi-Night.
