 7:00 - 9:00 pm\n\nBiofield Tuning is a form of sound therapy used to sup
 port emotional regulation. It is based on the idea that the body is surr
 ounded by an electrical and magnetic energy field that holds our memorie
 s\, life experiences\, and unprocessed emotions. Using tuning forks and 
 sound bowls\, Kate can gently "scan" for areas of tension - often connec
 ted to stress or pasts trauma - and uses steady frequencies and vibratio
 ns to help the body relax\, regulate the nervous system\, and begin rele
 asing emotions that may feel stuck. The goal is to support balance\, cal
 m\, and overall well-being.\nKate will be offering a sound bath along wi
 th a group tuning session. If time allows\, there will also be short 15-
 minute one-on-one sessions afterward. Anyone who attends the March 5 Bro
 adCast but does not get an individual session will be offered a free one
 -on-one at a later time if they'd like to try it.\n\nDonations are welco
 med for Kate's organization SOUL - The Society of Unconditional Love.\n\
 nBroadCast gathers the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm\, which i
 s followed by Bi-Night at 9:00 pm (cis-men are welcome to enter starting
  with Bi-Night at 9:00 pm). Doors close at 8:00 pm for this event\, so p
 lease be sure to arrive by that time.\n\nBroadCast’s event fee is $5.0
 0 and this gets you into both BroadCast and Bi-Night.\n\nSanctuary is 21
 + LGBTQ+\, ADA\, anti-racism\, and celebrates diversity.
