TOPIC: Navigating Edges: Where Polyamory and Kink Converge

In the intricate tapestry of human relationships, the realms of polyamory and kink intersect often, but not always seamlessly. Both are grounded in principles of informed consent, authenticity, and deep connection. However, delving into the myriad of relationship structures and dynamics that emerge when these worlds collide can initially seem daunting.
Fear not! This class can help! Whether you’re exploring non-monogamy and wish to integrate kink into your life or vice versa, this c;ass lays a solid foundation for navigating the intersections of kink and polyamory. 
Topics covered include essential kinky terminology, various relationship structures, the spectrum of dominance and submission, defining your kinky/poly identity, effective communication strategies to fulfill your desires,building relationship and dynamic agreements, an introduction to kinky etiquette, common pitfalls to avoid, troubleshooting challenges along the journey, and curated resources for further exploration. 
Ample time will be allotted for Q&A sessions, encouraging participants to bring forth their inquiries.
This class is open to individuals at all levels of experience and familiarity with polyamory and kink.
The class will consist of lecture, discussion, exploratory activities, and Q&A.
MUNCH: This is a relaxed meet and mingle event for those interested in the kink lifestyle who are looking to meet new friends and maybe more. Whether you are curious about the lifestyle, new to it, or a seasoned community member; this is a great space to chat, share experiences, and build connections with others who share similar interests.

Enjoy a no-pressure environment with great conversation, tasty beverages, and wonderful people. We will also have folx available to orient you to the club if you are new and answer any questions you might have about kink and club etiquette.

Presenter Bio
Maeve McBride (she/they) is a kink educator, erotic coach, sexological herbalist, event producer, host of the Downtown Munches and Popping Questions, head DM of Cirque de Sade, and is the Executive Director of KinkFest 2025. She has been studying the intersections of kink, sacred sex, plants, trauma, and personal alchemy for more than 22 years. A fun, sensual, and compassionate switch-witch, Maeve enjoys assisting folx of all persuasions to work towards their unique health, erotic, and sexual goals.
