We are proud to say, with air conditioning, heat, and an elevator in the space, that this is Portland’s only fully accessible rope jam. This location is a space that is designed to be inclusive and equal for everyone, regardless of accessibility needs. And we hold a beginners class at the start of every event.
Rope Arts Group promotes education and the exchange of knowledge about rope bondage. We welcome and embrace everyone, of every skill level, every gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion, and design of relationships. We will be holding this event the 2nd Saturday of each month at Sanctuary in Portland. There, you will find several hard points and plenty of floor space for ropey fun. Please bring barriers to put between you and the floor or furniture.

Beginner Class:
Beginners ties with onebrattysub and AngelicDragon. What do you want to learn? Single columns? Easy chest harness? Futo for beginners? Come to class and give your opinion and we may just learn it!
We warmly welcome all tying pairs and self-tiers to join this event and class. We encourage you to connect with fellow participants and foster a supportive environment where everyone feels empowered to engage in meaningful conversations. Your participation and unique perspectives are valued as we strive to create an inclusive and respectful community for all.
Please note that we will not be facilitating matchmaking or pairing for solo attendees. Our focus is on creating a welcoming, inclusive environment where everyone can engage at their own pace and comfort level. Solo participants are encouraged to connect with others organically, but there is no obligation to pair up.
The bar will be closed so no food, beverages or alcohol will be available for purchase. Please feel free to bring a water bottle and snacks.
