September is National Self-Improvement Month! This is a great opportunity to share the lessons we’ve learned as we round the final corner on this rat race we call 2026. Please share your thoughts and vote in the poll so we can come together to pick our theme for the month.
Body/Language is a body positive storytelling event held the second Monday of every month at Sanctuary. Body/Language is born from raw, vulnerability and a communal effort to create a safe empowering space to share our tales and possibly bare our tails. A few brave tellers of tales will be chosen from the crowd so arrive at 7 for your chance to sign up we will begin at 730. There will also be surprises and audience participation though out the evening. The evenings will have a loose theme helping encourage an experiences, of celebrating growth and acceptance from learning to love the skin we are in.
