In this class, we explore a wide spectrum of embodied animalistic expressions—from nurturing and silly to wrestling or primal play allowing for deeply tender interactions.
Through a series of structured and facilitated invitations, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in one-on-one or group scenes that emphasize consent, choice, and authentic self-expression. Whether you’re feeling fierce, gentle, wild, goofy, or grounded, there’s space to bring your whole self and be met with presence.
This class honors the deep humanistic, yet inherently primal need for physical connection and the transformative power of asking for—and receiving—exactly what you want. You’ll be witnessed in your expression, supported in your boundaries, and invited to explore new edges of embodiment in a rooted container of respect and play.
