 arty that is not to be missed!\n 	Many types of dungeon furniture will b
 e available for scenes\, as well as hard points for suspension and some 
 designated edge play areas.\n 	We will have snacks and all guests receiv
 e complimentary raffle tickets for our prize drawing with entry.\n\nTick
 ets\nPLA Members get in for FREE (with proof of membership)\n$15- Non-Me

 .\nBlack and Blue Party Rules\nAge: You must be 21 or older to enter.\nR
 espect: Be patient and courteous to attendees\, volunteers\, and staff.\
 nDevices: Recording devices (phones\, cameras\, tablets\, etc.) are not 
 allowed in the play area. Phones can be used in designated areas\, such 
 as the lobby or restrooms. Vendors may use a cell phone for credit/debit
  card transactions. Attendees experiencing a disability may request a Re
 asonable Accommodation (RA)\nConsent: All play requires informed\, conti
 nuous consent. Negotiate in advance and respect boundaries. You can leav
 e any space or activity at any time.\nNo Pressure: Don’t follow or rep
 eatedly ask someone to play. Accept declines gracefully and report any s
 afety concerns to event staff.\nInclusivity: Respect the diversity of bo
 dies\, sexualities\, and play styles. If you’re uncomfortable\, remove
  yourself.\nRespect Boundaries: Avoid assumptions about gender\, roles\,
  power dynamics\, or relationships. Treat all attendees with respect.\nS
 moking: Smoking and vaping are allowed only outside\, 20 feet from entra
 nces.\nFood &amp\; Drink: beverages and food available for purchase. Any
 one overly intoxicated may be asked to leave. No recreational drugs allo
 wed.\nDress Code: Dress up—no sweatpants. Fetishwear\, costumes\, and 
 fancy dress are encouraged. Black or dressy-casual is fine if new.\nScen
 t-Free: Avoid wearing heavy perfumes or scents.\nHygiene: Use a barrier 
 (towel\, sheet\, etc.) between your body and surfaces when nude.\nDUNGEO
 N RULES\nDungeon Monitors (DMs)\nDMs are on duty to enforce rules\, ensu
 re safety\, and assist with scene logistics. Be courteous if a DM interr
 upts or stops your play\, and follow their instructions. The Head DM’s
  decisions are final\, and there is no appeal process.\nSafewords\nThe h
 ouse safewords are “Red” or “Safeword.” A visual safeword is req
 uired for play that impairs speech.\nEdge Play\nEdge play is permitted o
 nly in the designated edge play area\, with prior check-in with a DM. Ed
 ge play includes hot wax\, breathplay\, needles\, blood play\, CNC\, wat
 erboarding\, and other extreme practices. Dispose of sharps in the provi
 ded containers and bodily fluid-contaminated waste (e.g.\, gloves\, gauz
 e) in the biohazard bins. Do not leave the edge play area while wearing 
 needles or other skin-piercing items\, including to use the bathroom.\nS
 afety and Aftercare\nBring all necessary items for your play\, including
  for aftercare and wound care (for blood play in the designated area onl
 y). Clean all equipment before and after use with the disinfectant provi
 ded by the venue. Use a towel or sheet to cover equipment when involved 
 with bodily fluids. Towels and sheets are available or may be brought.\n
 Safer Sex Practices\nWe recommend\, but do not require\, safer sex pract
 ices and bodily fluid barriers. Condoms\, dental dams\, and gloves (late
 x &amp\; nitrile) are available throughout the dungeon.\nEnvironment\nBl
 ack and Blue is NOT latex-free or nut-free.\nPlay Stations\nPlay station
 s are first-come\, first-served. If others are waiting\, please limit sc
 enes to 1 hour. If someone is waiting\, don’t start a new scene\, even
  if a participant is new.\nRespecting Play Spaces\nDo not intrude on or 
 disrupt a scene unless invited. Watching from a respectful distance is a
 llowed. Do not engage with players until they leave the space or invite 
 you to interact.\nWalkways\nKeep walkways clear at all times.\nFood and 
 Drink\nOutside food and drink are not allowed in the venue.\nPROHIBITED 
 ITEMS &amp\; PLAY\nNo guns (real\, replica\, toy\, antique\, or fantasy)
 .\nNo fire play\, fireworks\, or open flames.\nNo scat\, vomit\, or urin
 e play.\nNo chemical play that affects other players (e.g.\, mace).\nNo 
 glitter\, balloons\, or other messy items.\nNo uncontained water play.\n
 No recording devices.\nACTIONS THAT MAY RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM BLACK AND
  BLUE\nRacism\, sexism\, bigotry\, or toxic behavior.\nDiscrimination\, 
 harassment\, or violence based on ethnicity\, race\, gender identity\, g
 ender expression\, sexual orientation\, kinks\, age\, disability\, body 
 size\, religion\, or nationality.\nDirect or indirect threats\, stalking
 \, unwelcome sexual attention\, unsolicited sharing of pornographic imag
 es\, deadnaming\, or misgendering.\n\n\n\nThe Black and Blue party rules
  are NOT a comprehensive list of all prohibited behavior\, but they cove
 r many common issues. For items not covered\, defer to the direction of 
 Dungeon Monitors and event staff for guidance.\nFor disagreements\, deci
 sions by the Event Staff and Dungeon Monitors are final.\nThe PLA reserv
 es the right to remove anyone for any reason without warning or refund.\
